Steve Alvarez, owner, has been in the concrete business since 1978. He started his own concrete pumping business in San Pedro. After moving to San Clemente he became a concrete finisher in addition to pumping concrete. In 1986 Steve became a licensed concrete contractor and is now also a landscape contractor. Steve has a great crew and they are well trained in all phases of concrete, masonry and landscaping. Steve develops a personal rapport with his customers and really loves his work. Steve has an art background and he adds creativity to every job. You can find him on the jobsite every day ensuring that you get that personal service that you deserve.

Candy Alvarez, co-owner, attended Saddleback College and earned her certificate degree in both Landscape Design and Horticulture. She is continuing classes at Saddleback that apply to the company business. Candy and Steve will create a custom landscape design for all phases of work.
